The Nubecitas FC fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Nubecitas FC's Hélder de Lara looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Christodoulos Karabogias was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Eduardo Tuzzio helped the player get up and apologised. After 97 played minutes Nubecitas FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Tuzzio. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nubecitas FC had won after a very even match.
