When Alexsandro Romero came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the GALATASARAY O.Z. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexsandro Romero couldn't finish the play. Paco Zamora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Gau in the 24th minute of play. Paco Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurino Acarreta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Seppo Palsola managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by João Carlos Porto in the 33 minute of the game. In the 35th match minute, GALATASARAY O.Z. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seppo Palsola to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute of the match Haroldo Presebal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paco Zamora showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 38thth minute of the game Godfredo Gau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Paco Zamora was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paco Zamora stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Godfredo Gau's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Paco Zamora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Gau in the 40th minute of play.
