But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilio Caracciolo couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Inmortales FC's Santos Wilkes got a free kick in the 5th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Albins Kamrater's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Caracciolo came free, but Jan-Åke Jönsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Emilio Caracciolo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Albins Kamrater's Jan-Åke Jönsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Caracciolo in the 27th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Amadeu Bacelar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jakub Pazura was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amadeu Bacelar in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jakub Pazura saved Inmortales FC from getting behind. The supporters of Albins Kamrater booed when Inmortales FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrew Reilly didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Inmortales FC's goalkeeper Jakub Pazura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thomas Lundberg. Albins Kamrater's Thomas Lundberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jakub Pazura in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jan-Åke Jönsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Caracciolo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inmortales FC's Robertas Poškus quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Viktor Nyström, made in the 38th minute of the game. In the 39th match minute, Albins Kamrater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viktor Nyström to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Albins Kamrater's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Jönsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 42nd match minute, Albins Kamrater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeu Bacelar to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emilio Caracciolo to make the kick off. Jakub Pazura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeu Bacelar, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute Inmortales FC were awarded a corner. Jiang Yuan went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Jiang Yuan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Albins Kamrater's Jan-Åke Jönsson did a great save. In the 60th match minute, Albins Kamrater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Lundberg to maneuver through the defense. The corner led Inmortales FC's Jiang Yuan to fire away a dangerous shot which Jan-Åke Jönsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
