But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ed Bijlsma couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arcan Çapan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arcan Çapan scored 0-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edinho Paraíba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Deivid Goiano hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Arcan Çapan could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Edinho Paraíba however easily saved by the left post. Arcan Çapan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Edinho Paraíba made a huge save. After 95 played minutes FCF north got a freekick which was hit by Donald Hoiting. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
