Varennes's Bernardo Goudreau got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Alberto Donzel made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Aurelio Vachon notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Varennes's Gilberto Boone. Gilberto Boone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ezequiel Centurión was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Titus Pineda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Titus Pineda really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cosme Indartsu ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Indartsu in the 96th minute of play forced Varennes's goalkeeper Gilberto Boone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
