Teodoro Zamora's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Firmo Canosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Teodoro Zamora had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Firmo Canosa. Guyu FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Zamora was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Teodoro Zamora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Firmo Canosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guyu FC's Firmo Canosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Berriotxoa in the 9th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Martin Berriotxoa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.D. Ciudad de Soria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The C.D. Ciudad de Soria fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Arrosko Rojas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 14th minute, Martin Berriotxoa made a precise shot to the right of Firmo Canosa. Guyu FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arrosko Rojas in the 16th minute of play forced Guyu FC's goalkeeper Firmo Canosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Guyu FC's Silvestre Cacheres got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Martin Berriotxoa made a precise shot to the right of Firmo Canosa. Ciudad de Soria booed when Guyu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garoa Flores didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norberto Peña charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Norberto Peña the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Firmo Canosa came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Teodoro Zamora. But to his dismay, Teodoro Zamora quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. In the 34th minute Martin Berriotxoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Firmo Canosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Arrosko Rojas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Martin Berriotxoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Berriotxoa to make the kick off. Firmo Canosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arrosko Rojas in the 51st minute. With an all-out effort, C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Firmo Canosa threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eron Patiño, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Firmo Canosa was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Eron Patiño capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eron Patiño really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. Teodoro Zamora took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Firmo Canosa. Firmo Canosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. In the 64th minute Eron Patiño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Firmo Canosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Guyu FC's Silvestre Cacheres got a free kick in the 67th minute. Firmo Canosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Berriotxoa in the 69th minute of the match. Firmo Canosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Berriotxoa in the 73rd minute of play. Firmo Canosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eron Patiño in the 76th minute. C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Ramond Landa was substituted for Domenech Villa. Eron Patiño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Firmo Canosa made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Martin Berriotxoa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Firmo Canosa. That made the score 0-13 after 88 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Zamora got free with Firmo Canosa in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guyu FC's Firmo Canosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Guyu FC from getting a goal against them. Firmo Canosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Berriotxoa in the 93rd minute of play. The C.D. Ciudad de Soria fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when C.D.
