The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Dario Hussain's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 倪威轩 was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. After 5 minutes ESQUIU FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Constantino Anaya who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Leon Platense's Constantino Anaya to fire away a dangerous shot which 倪威轩 despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With his leg 倪威轩 managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Leon Platense's Dario Hussain fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 8th minute Justo Jurdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Dario Hussain dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of 倪威轩, 1-0. 倪威轩 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dario Hussain went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ruperto Rainerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Jurdan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atilano Basualdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Rainerio having to interfere. Leon Platense's Ruperto Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Jurdan in the 24th minute of play. In the 24th minute Justo Jurdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Hussain in the 31st minute of play forced ESQUIU FC's goalkeeper 倪威轩 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Enzo Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Leon Platense's Dario Hussain in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ESQUIU FC's goalie prevented a goal. Leon Platense were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after ESQUIU FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Constantino Anaya took the corner. Dario Hussain's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but 倪威轩 firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 39th minute of the match Leon Platense got a corner. ESQUIU FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Constantino Anaya ran over to the corner to take the kick. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by ESQUIU FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Constantino Anaya was slow to take the kick. During this time Leon Platense's players had a chance to rest. Leon Platense's Constantino Anaya was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but 倪威轩 in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
In the 51st minute, Gaafar Carrillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leon Platense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Atilano Basualdo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Ruperto Rainerio made a huge save. With a little luck, Leon Platense's Ruperto Rainerio got control of the ball when Atilano Basualdo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 60 played minutes Leon Platense got a freekick which was hit by João Francisco Vidal. Leon Platense made a substitution. Gonzalo Adrio replaced Teodoro Honrio. Leon Platense made a substitution. Klaas Alberts replaced Alfonso Kemen. João Francisco Vidal hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Leon Platense's Ruperto Rainerio got control of the ball when Atilano Basualdo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute of the match, Ivan Estebano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ruperto Rainerio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Dario Hussain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Leon Platense's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Jurdan came free, but Ruperto Rainerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Rainerio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Justo Jurdan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 72 minute of play. Ivan Estebano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ruperto Rainerio came out and tried to block the shot, but Ivan Estebano slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Anaya in the 85th minute of play forced ESQUIU FC's goalkeeper 倪威轩 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Leon Platense's goalkeeper Ruperto Rainerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Justo Jurdan. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Francisco Vidal during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Leon Platense! In the 96th minute, Edgar Ahlgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ildefonso Ilixo struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Ruperto Rainerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ESQUIU FC. ESQUIU FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Leon Platense had controlled the match.
