Cristian-Gustavo Leiva ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Cui Gang Qiang managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The score stood at 3-3 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enzo Fernandez to make the kick off. Tadeusz Rutkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute.
