An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurek Ohrem in the 17th minute of play forced The Gunners's goalkeeper Dennis Wallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toralf Hell took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dennis Wallin. Dennis Wallin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Jacek Matuch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Tunander in the 25th minute. Dennis Wallin came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by SV Bad Harzburg's Silvestre Loi. But to his dismay, Silvestre Loi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Dennis Wallin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvestre Loi went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. 37 minutes into the match, The Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when Silvestre Loi came free, but Dennis Wallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamin Tunander's late challenge caught a SV Bad Harzburg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Tunander helped the player get up and apologised. Benjamin Tunander kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The Gunners's Dennis Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toralf Hell in the 39th minute of play. After some careless play in the The Gunners defense, Jurek Ohrem kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dennis Wallin. The The Gunners fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dennis Wallin should have stopped the shot. 45 minutes into the match, SV Bad Harzburg's Éthan Pichard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dennis Wallin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The The Gunners fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dennis Wallin should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute, Silvestre Loi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dennis Wallin. The goal made the score 0-11. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Silvestre Loi managed to get in a good position for a shot. SV Bad Harzburg's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvestre Loi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dennis Wallin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dennis Wallin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Éthan Pichard went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. Jacek Matuch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pontus Berglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute Silvestre Loi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Wallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Éthan Pichard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Éthan Pichard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SV Bad Harzburg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-14. When the final whistle sounded SV Bad Harzburg left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than The Gunners.
