Sven Valrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Kroos, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Confesor couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aron Drake made a kick off. Daniel Bazán's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven Valrot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Daniel Bazán ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven Valrot was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 61 minutes into the match, Daniel Bazán dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sven Valrot, 0-5. If Daniel Bazán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Råda BK's Sven Valrot got control of the ball when Daniel Bazán tried to sneak it across the goal line.
