Spectators: 7498 (Terracing: 5624, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Erling Franks took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, JFSP's Patrick Meira got a free kick in the 2nd minute. JFSP's Yusuf Muslera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erling Franks in the 3rd minute of play. Yusuf Muslera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erling Franks in the 10th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Vili Kärki reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benê Goiano. The goal made the score 1-0. When 20 DE SETEMBRO's Erling Franks in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Yusuf Muslera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donny Verweijen, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Jeferson Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benê Goiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th match minute, 20 DE SETEMBRO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurinho Tróia to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miroslaw Miazga was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of JFSP booed when 20 DE SETEMBRO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donny Verweijen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benê Goiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslaw Miazga in the 53rd minute of the match. Yusuf Muslera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurinho Tróia in the 56th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Donny Verweijen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benê Goiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeferson Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, 20 DE SETEMBRO's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Aguiar came free, but Benê Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Maurinho Tróia made a precise shot to the right of Yusuf Muslera. JFSP's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Yusuf Muslera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erling Franks in the 71st minute. After having played for 73 minutes, Donny Verweijen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 20 DE SETEMBRO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donny Verweijen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardo Cabral took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benê Goiano. Benê Goiano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 79 minutes into the game, JFSP's Vili Kärki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benê Goiano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 82 minutes into the match, 20 DE SETEMBRO's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslaw Miazga came free, but Benê Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benê Goiano came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by JFSP's Bernardo Cabral. But to his dismay, Bernardo Cabral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. In the 91st minute, Erling Franks left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 20 DE SETEMBRO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. 20 DE SETEMBRO's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
