The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Brandon Gambin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Power Soccer Best Club's Ken Givens. Ken Givens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Power Soccer Best Club's Ken Givens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deivid Soll in the 12th minute of play. Ken Givens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deivid Soll in the 15th minute of the match. Nicko Kličko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Power Soccer Best Club's goalkeeper Ken Givens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nicko Kličko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ken Givens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Nicko Kličko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Brandon Gambin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Brandon Gambin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ken Givens. Power Soccer Best Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brandon Gambin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 27thth minute of the game Nicko Kličko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Power Soccer Best Club's Ken Givens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Brandon Gambin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mulgimaa Kosilased's supporters rose to their feet, but Brandon Gambin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ken Givens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicko Kličko scored 0-3 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ken Givens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Deivid Soll's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ken Givens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Kerry Agoos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aleksander Pliszka having to make a save. In the 42nd minute, Deivid Soll got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ken Givens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicko Kličko in the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kerry Agoos made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Mulgimaa Kosilased's Nicko Kličko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ken Givens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Nicko Kličko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ken Givens was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 61st minute, Nicko Kličko made a precise shot to the right of Ken Givens. Power Soccer Best Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 64 minutes into the game, Brandon Gambin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ken Givens. Brandon Gambin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Ken Givens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicko Kličko in the 70th minute of the match. Nicko Kličko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ken Givens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Power Soccer Best Club's goalkeeper Ken Givens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicko Kličko. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Mulgimaa Kosilased's Brandon Gambin in the 80th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Ken Givens was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Power Soccer Best Club through an amazing save. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Power Soccer Best Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Juhan Veeru was slow to take the kick. During this time Mulgimaa Kosilased's players had a chance to rest. 84 minutes into the game, Mulgimaa Kosilased's Nicko Kličko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ken Givens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. After a defensive mix-up in Power Soccer Best Club's zone, Nicko Kličko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ken Givens came out of the goal and Nicko Kličko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicko Kličko in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ken Givens saved Power Soccer Best Club from getting behind. In the 94th match minute, Power Soccer Best Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilber Eastman to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Mulgimaa Kosilased left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Power Soccer Best Club.
