But to his dismay, Geri Zekai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 17th minute, Wang Sen Jian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Caskinha Esporte Clube's Leandro Neves got control of the ball when Taner Tuğkan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baleren Acedo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 25 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Caskinha Esporte Clube fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! After 32 played minutes Caskinha Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Wang Sen Jian. Caskinha Esporte Clube's Leandro Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Hamit Saye in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Caskinha Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Necdet Yunus came free, but Leandro Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Burç Taycan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Hamit Saye, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luiz Eduardo Tróia made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Necdet Yunus in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Neves saved Caskinha Esporte Clube from getting behind. When Luiz Eduardo Tróia came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Caskinha Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Eduardo Tróia couldn't finish the play. In the 56th match minute, Caskinha Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Campidelis to maneuver through the defense. If Mustafa Hamit Saye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geri Zekai in the 59th minute of play forced Caskinha Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Leandro Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Caskinha Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Taner Tuğkan came free, but Leandro Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leandro Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Necdet Yunus in the 62nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Caskinha Esporte Clube defense, Ahmet Necdet Yunus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leandro Neves. The Caskinha Esporte Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leandro Neves should have stopped the shot. Leandro Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Hamit Saye, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Necdet Yunus in the 67th minute of play forced Caskinha Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Leandro Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Taner Tuğkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Manoel Macedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caskinha Esporte Clube's Evaristo Ortiz was substituted for Wang Sen Jian.
