Albrecht Bohnacker hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the game, B O B I S A's J.C. Mijatović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl Kugler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 19th minute Christophe Mehri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Kugler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Emmel charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Emmel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hugo Emmel hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute B O B I S A were awarded a corner. Rolf Affentranger went to the cornerflag to take it. Mijatović sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl Kugler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ralph Sanger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Kismi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. J.C. Mijatović took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl Kugler. Karl Kugler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Karl Kugler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from J.C. Mijatović, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Ramon Kismi struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Ralph Sanger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GTV Ostsee. Hugo Emmel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ralph Sanger having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Bradley Blohm managed to get in a good position for a shot. GTV Ostsee's supporters rose to their feet, but Bradley Blohm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ralph Sanger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Terry Glaser kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, B O B I S A's Rolf Affentranger broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christophe Mehri to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, GTV Ostsee's goalkeeper Karl Kugler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by J.C. Mijatović. Christophe Mehri scored 0-3 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl Kugler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The GTV Ostsee fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl Kugler should have stopped the shot. Silvio Pfeifer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Karl Kugler made a huge save. In the 64th minute Ramon Kismi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralph Sanger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralph Sanger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bradley Blohm in the 68th minute of the match. With his leg Karl Kugler managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when B O B I S A's J.C. Mijatović fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to GTV Ostsee getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Benicio Rios hit a great ball. Karl Kugler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Affentranger in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Emmel in the 85th minute of play forced B O B I S A's goalkeeper Ralph Sanger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. B O B I S A's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
