In the 3rd minute Hugo Emmel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Torrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GTV Ostsee's Hugo Emmel got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edward Chaniago might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl Kugler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Chaniago ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 6th match minute, GTV Ostsee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens Håning to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, GTV Ostsee's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Chaniago came free, but Karl Kugler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl Kugler didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 8th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After taking down the ball on GreenUnited's corner Michalis Kourtis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Karl Kugler quite easily take care of the ball. In the 17th minute Yaman Akar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Kugler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bradley Blohm fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GTV Ostsee's protests and gave Bradley Blohm a yellow card for diving instead. Bradley Blohm kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Yaman Akar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Karl Kugler made a huge save. GTV Ostsee's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Yaman Akar scored to the left of an out of position Karl Kugler, making the score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Emmel in the 22nd minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Sebastián Torrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to GTV Ostsee getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Benicio Rios hit a great ball. The GTV Ostsee fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when GTV Ostsee's Ramon Kismi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in GreenUnited's zone, Hugo Emmel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastián Torrico came out of the goal and Hugo Emmel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl Kugler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaman Akar in the 35th minute of play. In the 40th minute Hugo Emmel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Torrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GreenUnited's Asa Norberg was substituted for Michalis Kourtis. Yaman Akar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Kugler having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

GreenUnited's Max Stevens was substituted for Yaman Akar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Max Stevens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sebastián Torrico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo De la Torre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Albrecht Bohnacker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastián Torrico made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Hugo Emmel sent off a good shot on target. Karl Kugler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Max Farr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl Kugler came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by GreenUnited's Max Farr. But to his dismay, Max Farr quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Sebastián Torrico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradley Blohm in the 69th minute of play. Ramon Kismi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Sebastián Torrico made a huge save. When Jens Håning fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GTV Ostsee's protests and gave Jens Håning a yellow card for diving instead. Jens Håning hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When GreenUnited's Max Stevens in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GTV Ostsee's goalie prevented a goal. GreenUnited's Sebastián Torrico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save GreenUnited from getting a goal against them. 83 minutes into the game, GreenUnited's Max Stevens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl Kugler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. After a rather tough play, GreenUnited's Romeu Alagoano got a free kick in the 90th minute.
