After 10 minutes Black Devils's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Benjamim Trancoso who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Benjamim Trancoso almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Black Devils's Alejandro-Ramón Calderón De La Barca did a great save. Ovidio Raymundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ovidio Raymundo scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alejandro-Ramón Calderón De La Barca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alejandro-Ramón Calderón De La Barca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ovidio Raymundo went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to XV de Indaial getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ovidio Raymundo hit a great ball. After 35 played minutes Wiktor Ziomkowski could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-2 into the left cross. 39 minutes into the match, XV de Indaial's goalkeeper Osmar Antunes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wiktor Ziomkowski. The throw-in from João Augusto Queiroz in the 43rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Black Devils's Hermengildo Feliz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Raymundo in the 47th minute of play forced Black Devils's goalkeeper Alejandro-Ramón Calderón De La Barca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ovidio Raymundo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 87th minute, XV de Indaial's Ovidio Raymundo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alejandro-Ramón Calderón De La Barca. Alejandro-Ramón Calderón De La Barca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. The supporters of XV de Indaial booed when Black Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Breogan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Black Devils fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. XV de Indaial were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
