João Augusto Queiroz's late challenge caught a Caskinha Esporte Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. João Augusto Queiroz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd minute, João Augusto Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Raymundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ovidio Raymundo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 86 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Leandro Neves was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Evaristo Ortiz got a throw-in 88 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Iván Zamorano. In the 90th match minute, XV de Indaial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Altay Timurkan to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in XV de Indaial's zone, Baleren Acedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osmar Antunes came out of the goal and Baleren Acedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, XV de Indaial's Osmar Antunes got control of the ball when Iván Zamorano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Artur Campidelis hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Caskinha Esporte Clube's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
