Sebastián Torrico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Emmel in the 4th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Emmel got free with Sebastián Torrico in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th minute Joao Zuazo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Kugler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl Kugler came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by GreenUnited's Yaman Akar. But to his dismay, Yaman Akar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Chaniago in the 19th minute of play forced GTV Ostsee's goalkeeper Karl Kugler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo De la Torre in the 20th minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Sebastián Torrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Joao Zuazo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Kugler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Joao Zuazo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th match minute, GTV Ostsee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Rios to maneuver through the defense. Karl Kugler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joao Zuazo in the 26th minute of play. Karl Kugler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Chaniago in the 34th minute of play. Yaman Akar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Jens Håning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 39 played minutes, GreenUnited's Edward Chaniago shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Karl Kugler came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GreenUnited reached it. Karl Kugler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Chaniago in the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, GTV Ostsee's goal looked a bit too open when Joao Zuazo came free, but Karl Kugler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Emmel came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sebastián Torrico could save by the left post. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

GreenUnited's Max Stevens was substituted for Yaman Akar. GreenUnited's Max Farr was substituted for Joao Zuazo. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Max Stevens to strike the kick off in the second half. Karl Kugler was a little too slow when Max Farr got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-3. In the 57th minute, GTV Ostsee's Jens Håning seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jens Håning the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of GTV Ostsee protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jens Håning had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for GTV Ostsee! Karl Kugler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Stevens, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Benicio Rios hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Farr in the 76th minute of play forced GTV Ostsee's goalkeeper Karl Kugler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of GTV Ostsee booed when GreenUnited was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Farr didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute of the match Bradley Blohm sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebastián Torrico skillfully saved the ball. Karl Kugler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Max Farr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl Kugler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Chaniago in the 81st minute. If Hugo Emmel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godfredo De la Torre charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godfredo De la Torre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Godfredo De la Torre kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute of the match Edward Chaniago sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl Kugler skillfully saved the ball. Max Farr received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karl Kugler came out and tried to block the shot, but Max Farr slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 90th minute. Max Stevens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Karl Kugler made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, Karl Kugler successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Karl Kugler came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by GreenUnited's Edward Chaniago. But to his dismay, Edward Chaniago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. When the final whistle sounded GreenUnited left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than GTV Ostsee.
