Marcus Wester took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osmar Antunes. Osmar Antunes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Ovidio Raymundo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Augustus Batalla made a huge save. A sloppy throw-in by Johannes Ahlquist in the 90th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by XV de Indaial's Sílvio Coutinho.
