Cyprian Podolski came out of the goal and Carlos Gonzalez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cyprian Podolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörn Helström, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Reynardo in the 73rd minute of play forced SS SuperSonics's goalkeeper Cyprian Podolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd match minute, SS SuperSonics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobald Zukowski to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in SS SuperSonics's zone, Lucio Domenec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cyprian Podolski came out of the goal and Lucio Domenec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cura del Futbol fully deserved thier win.
