The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Olguín got free with Wang Cheng in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Torreoncito's Qi Guo Yue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Hägglund in the 13th minute of play. Wang Cheng was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pedro Olguín showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. Pedro Olguín sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elodio Faine was the one to do the kick off. Gärsnäs BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Torreoncito the free kick. Adolf Uchiha walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Bünzli in the 78th minute of play forced Gärsnäs BF's goalkeeper Wang Cheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Elodio Faine cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Wang Cheng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lucas Bünzli took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wang Cheng. Wang Cheng dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After 86 minutes of play, Torreoncito's Borys Okopny made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wang Cheng was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wang Cheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elodio Faine, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 93rd minute Adolf Uchiha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wang Cheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Qi Guo Yue made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frederick Griscti in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Torreoncito had won after a very even match.
