Bernardo Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Rivero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Warren FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Mon came free, but Bernardo Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danilo Aires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Margarita's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Higinio Urti to make the kick off. After 64 minutes of play, Margarita's Evelio Medardo made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardo Moreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bernardo Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Urti in the 70th minute of play. Danilo Aires made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giorgian Arrascaeta in the 72nd minute. Bernardo Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Medardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Higinio Urti hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, Warren FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Jánosi came free, but Bernardo Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The attack was good, but when Higinio Urti in the 93rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Margarita's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
