The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 18th match minute, Jataiense Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldinho Ferreira to maneuver through the defense. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Alperen Bozkurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dobromir Adamowicz in the 19th minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Wágner Fox managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jataiense Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wágner Fox was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Jataiense Futebol Clube.
