With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Amor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Melquiades Amor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jiang Qing Lin in the 27th minute of the match. When Generoso Silvino fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Matos Velhos's protests and gave Generoso Silvino a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Matos Velhos's Generoso Silvino got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arí Machado was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, one of Matos Velhos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Matos Velhos:s Vito de Godoi showed great skill when he stopped Ardwyad Vulcan:s penalty. Vito de Godoi came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Ardwyad Vulcan. But to his dismay, Ardwyad Vulcan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Vito de Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Dantas in the 60th minute of play. Egídio Magalhães hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute Júlio Gentil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Amor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabino Vilhena in the 68th minute of play forced CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalkeeper Melquiades Amor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melquiades Amor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabino Vilhena, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Melquiades Amor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrique Candal in the 73rd minute.
