Zernin Mendivil who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Patrick Eliasson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 12 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Trela came free, but Patrick Eliasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Gnesta Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Ove Söderström to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Trela in the 15th minute of play forced Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Patrick Eliasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Airetupal EXC booed when Gnesta Oilers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Alin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Castel Espino could shoot a difficult shot in the 20th minute, which Patrick Eliasson however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurendi Varandalla in the 24th minute of play forced Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Patrick Eliasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Zernin Mendivil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Patrick Eliasson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maximiliano Orlandus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Ove Söderström, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Maximiliano Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Mathy in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Alejo Veliz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximiliano Orlandus was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 41st minute Jan Trela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gnesta Oilers's Patrick Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zernin Mendivil in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute Matro Beyzania shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Zernin Mendivil made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Castel Espino made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Eliasson. Gnesta Oilers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Gnesta Oilers's Patrick Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zernin Mendivil in the 55th minute of play. Patrick Eliasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zernin Mendivil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zernin Mendivil in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Eliasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Airetupal EXC fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Airetupal EXC's Zernin Mendivil looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Airetupal EXC's Zernin Mendivil got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gnesta Oilers's Alfred Liljeström was substituted for Claes Thidén. After 71st play minutes Zernin Mendivil shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Patrick Eliasson and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emesto Villarreal in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrick Eliasson saved Gnesta Oilers from getting behind. In the 89th minute, Matro Beyzania got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emesto Villarreal in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrick Eliasson saved Gnesta Oilers from getting behind. Arne Hylander hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Airetupal EXC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
