A collision led to FC Ruh Lviv getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Illja Klochko hit a great ball. When FC Ruh Lviv's Myroslav Akymenko in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ZION's goalie prevented a goal. In the 6th minute, Myroslav Akymenko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dacian Enachescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Myroslav Akymenko scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dacian Enachescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute, Chumo Palmero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Ruh Lviv fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 18 minutes into the match, FC Ruh Lviv's goal looked a bit too open when Avram Vizitiu came free, but Marcelo Barovero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Avram Vizitiu in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Barovero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the ZION defense, Myroslav Akymenko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dacian Enachescu. The ZION fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dacian Enachescu should have stopped the shot. Han Lin Zhen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 26 minutes into the game, Myroslav Akymenko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Dacian Enachescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcelo Barovero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albert Nae in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute Myroslav Akymenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Enachescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ZION's Dacian Enachescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Myroslav Akymenko in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Myroslav Akymenko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dacian Enachescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. After 39 played minutes FC Ruh Lviv got a freekick which was hit by Illja Klochko. After a rather tough play, FC Ruh Lviv's Danylo Lobanovsjkyi got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 45th minute, Avram Vizitiu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Ruh Lviv's Marcelo Barovero didn't even have to move.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chumo Palmero was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Hugon Figlewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the match, Chumo Palmero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dacian Enachescu. ZION's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chumo Palmero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. 57 minutes into the game, Chumo Palmero recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dacian Enachescu. Chumo Palmero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Dacian Enachescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Myroslav Akymenko in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Chumo Palmero notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of ZION's Dacian Enachescu. Dacian Enachescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Myroslav Akymenko got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Myroslav Akymenko struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Dacian Enachescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ruh Lviv. 72 minutes into the match, ZION's goalkeeper Dacian Enachescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chumo Palmero. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Ruh Lviv's Myroslav Akymenko slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dacian Enachescu. That made the score 0-13 after 81 minutes of play. Dacian Enachescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chumo Palmero in the 87th minute. With a little luck, ZION's Dacian Enachescu got control of the ball when Chumo Palmero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dacian Enachescu was a little too slow when Chumo Palmero got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-15. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chumo Palmero got free with Dacian Enachescu in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dacian Enachescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Myroslav Akymenko in the 94th minute of the match. The ZION fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Ruh Lviv were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
