Patrick Eliasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avram Vizitiu in the 7th minute of the match. Albert Nae succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 8th playminute. The throw-in from Leandro Garzon in the 12th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gnesta Oilers's Faik Malgır. The supporters of ZION booed when Gnesta Oilers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Veliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Han Lin Zhen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrick Eliasson was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Dan Bocșan kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Patrick Eliasson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Avram Vizitiu's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albert Nae got free with Patrick Eliasson in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albert Nae who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Patrick Eliasson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Avram Vizitiu scored 2-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patrick Eliasson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Torbjörn Alin's late challenge caught a ZION's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Torbjörn Alin helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gnesta Oilers's Torbjörn Alin got a free kick in the 36th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Albert Nae kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Patrick Eliasson. That made the score 3-0 in the 39 minute of play. In the 45th minute, Faik Malgır hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejo Veliz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Albert Nae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd match minute, ZION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Nae to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Gnesta Oilers's Karl-Ove Söderström got a free kick in the 64th minute. Gnesta Oilers made a substitution. Alfred Liljeström replaced Claes Thidén. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albert Nae in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Eliasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Albert Nae's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrick Eliasson was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. The supporters of Gnesta Oilers booed when ZION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Ogrodowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dave Mathy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Dacian Enachescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alejo Veliz succeeded in the game's 83rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. In the 88th minute Avram Vizitiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Dave Mathy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Gnesta Oilers getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. John Dahlquist hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Han Lin Zhen in the 96th minute of play forced Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Patrick Eliasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
