Spectators: 7441 (Terracing: 5582, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The Gnesta Oilers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Eliasson should have stopped the shot. If Alejo Veliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Han Lin Zhen in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrick Eliasson saved Gnesta Oilers from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Han Lin Zhen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrick Eliasson was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Han Lin Zhen in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Eliasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute Avram Vizitiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Albert Nae cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Patrick Eliasson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Han Lin Zhen managed to get in a good position for a shot. ZION's supporters rose to their feet, but Han Lin Zhen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Eliasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gnesta Oilers's Patrick Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avram Vizitiu in the 35th minute of play. Albert Nae scored 0-3 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patrick Eliasson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 44 played minutes ZION got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Ogrodowicz. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Albert Nae put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Patrick Eliasson. After the first half ZION were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albert Nae made a kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Torbjörn Odeen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gnesta Oilers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZION the free kick. In the 56th match minute, Gnesta Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torbjörn Odeen to maneuver through the defense. Patrick Eliasson was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Avram Vizitiu. The referee felt a red card was in order, 61 minutes into the game, when Arne Hylander put in a rough tackle. When the match had been going on for 62 minutes, ZION's Albert Nae got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Patrick Eliasson. Patrick Eliasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avram Vizitiu in the 66th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Han Lin Zhen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrick Eliasson was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Patrick Eliasson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Han Lin Zhen in the 71st minute. The Gnesta Oilers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. 82 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Nae came free, but Patrick Eliasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, ZION's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Veliz came free, but Dacian Enachescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind ZION's goalkeeper Dacian Enachescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 98th minute, Karl-Ove Söderström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
