Spectators: 7552 (Terracing: 5665, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Januário Domingos kicked off to start the match. Aron Iurașcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Quintanilha, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Aron Iurașcu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Januário Domingos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 6 minutes of play, AD Pontassolense's Henrique Onofre made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aron Iurașcu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aron Iurașcu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Januário Domingos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 minutes AD Pontassolense's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ferdinand Vasiliu who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s corner Ferdinand Vasiliu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marco Bessa quite easily take care of the ball. AD Pontassolense's Marco Bessa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Panțuru in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Januário Domingos in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aron Iurașcu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aron Iurașcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giuseppe Catarinense in the 19th minute of play. Giuseppe Catarinense scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aron Iurașcu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Filip Panțuru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Gheorghe Cunea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Bessa. AD Pontassolense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gheorghe Cunea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 31st minute of the match, Gheorghe Cunea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marco Bessa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s Aron Iurașcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Catarinense in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Aron Ciorăscu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Bessa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Giuseppe Catarinense scored 2-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aron Iurașcu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aron Ciorăscu made a kick off. Aron Iurașcu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kevin Quintanilha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 53 minute of play. A collision led to Steaua Bucuresti -MM- getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Iulian Ciuvică hit a great ball. Kevin Quintanilha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, AD Pontassolense's Rene Payueta seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rene Payueta the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of AD Pontassolense protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rene Payueta had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in AD Pontassolense fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! In the 63rd minute there was a penalty for Steaua Bucuresti -MM-. Aron Ciorăscu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marco Bessa. 3-4. Steaua Bucuresti -MM- made a substitution. Traian Constantinescu replaced Aurel Pandrea. Steaua Bucuresti -MM- made a substitution. Ionuț Drumeș replaced Gheorghe Cunea. In the 68th minute of the match Steaua Bucuresti -MM- got a corner. AD Pontassolense's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ferdinand Vasiliu ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a little luck, Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s Aron Iurașcu got control of the ball when Henrique Onofre tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucrețiu Capătă kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Giuseppe Catarinense hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Ferdinand Vasiliu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Bessa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. The corner led to Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s Filip Panțuru getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Henrique Onofre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aron Iurașcu having to make a save. A hard and well directed shot from Henrique Onofre led 81 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s Aron Iurașcu became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 3-5. Januário Domingos took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aron Iurașcu. Aron Iurașcu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-6. Aron Iurașcu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kevin Quintanilha in the 88th minute. After a defensive mix-up in AD Pontassolense's zone, Aron Ciorăscu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Bessa came out of the goal and Aron Ciorăscu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s Aron Iurașcu got control of the ball when Januário Domingos tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Steaua Bucuresti -MM- supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AD Pontassolense's performance. The match ended with a win for AD Pontassolense.
