Spectators: 7527 (Terracing: 5646, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) 3 minutes into the match, Arye Suryoye's goal looked a bit too open when Januário Domingos came free, but Kenneth Käcker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kenneth Käcker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Quintanilha, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Arye Suryoye's goal looked a bit too open when Januário Domingos came free, but Kenneth Käcker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Kevin Quintanilha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kenneth Käcker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arye Suryoye's Kenneth Käcker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Quintanilha in the 12th minute of play. If Ola Rydberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ola Rydberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Marco Bessa made a huge save. Kenneth Käcker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Januário Domingos, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Norberto Loureiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kenneth Käcker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Januário Domingos in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind AD Pontassolense's goalkeeper Marco Bessa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Ola Rydberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arye Suryoye's Kenneth Käcker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Catarinense in the 29th minute of play. Ola Rydberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ola Rydberg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marco Bessa firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 37th minute, Salvador Fraga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ola Rydberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ola Rydberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Marco Bessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ola Rydberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in AD Pontassolense's zone, Norberto Loureiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Bessa came out of the goal and Norberto Loureiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kenneth Käcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Quintanilha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ola Rydberg made the kick off in the second half. If Norberto Loureiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kevin Quintanilha struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Kenneth Käcker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AD Pontassolense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ola Rydberg in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Bessa saved AD Pontassolense from getting behind. 58 minutes into the game, Kevin Quintanilha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Kenneth Käcker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, AD Pontassolense's Kenneth Käcker threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Giuseppe Catarinense, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marco Bessa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Loureiro in the 65th minute of the match. Henrique Onofre's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kenneth Käcker firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Arye Suryoye's Kenneth Käcker got control of the ball when Januário Domingos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kenneth Käcker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Quintanilha in the 71st minute of play. Salvador Fraga's late challenge caught a Arye Suryoye's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salvador Fraga helped the player get up and apologised. Arye Suryoye's Valdemar Beckeman was substituted for Ola Rydberg. In the 81st minute of the game Salvador Fraga made a throw-in which Henrique Onofre played forward. In the 83rd play minute Henrique Onofre came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kenneth Käcker. 0-3. AD Pontassolense's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
