Spectators: 7554 (Terracing: 5667, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) Spiros Bekyros started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 12 minutes into the match, FCSB CUENCA's goal looked a bit too open when Sertel Sümer came free, but Beto Sola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by FCSB CUENCA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roch Kochniarczyk was slow to take the kick. During this time Astral's players had a chance to rest. Fabian Hludzenski came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FCSB CUENCA's Marcio Carreira. But to his dismay, Marcio Carreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Beto Sola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fidel Blunt's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute Astral were awarded a corner. Roch Kochniarczyk went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Astral's corner Roch Kochniarczyk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Beto Sola quite easily take care of the ball. Beto Sola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Blunt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Astral's Fidel Blunt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beto Sola narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabian Hludzenski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Spiros Bekyros in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Salbatore Colillas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Roch Kochniarczyk came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Astral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roch Kochniarczyk couldn't finish the play. Beto Sola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roch Kochniarczyk in the 46th minute of play. Beto Sola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fidel Blunt's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fidel Blunt made a kick off. Mieszko Werra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beto Sola made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Fidel Blunt sent off a good shot on target. Sertel Sümer charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sertel Sümer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Astral getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Sertel Sümer hit a great ball. With a little luck, FCSB CUENCA's Beto Sola got control of the ball when Sertel Sümer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute Marcio Carreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Hludzenski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute Mieszko Werra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Sola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FCSB CUENCA were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Astral's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Samuel Dracena took the corner. The corner ended in Samuel Dracena almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Astral's Fabian Hludzenski did a great save. In the 74th minute, Salbatore Colillas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bartlomiej Chazen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Beto Sola having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcio Carreira in the 77th minute of play forced Astral's goalkeeper Fabian Hludzenski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FCSB CUENCA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
