The supporters of Astral booed when Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfredo Montel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes in the game, Roch Kochniarczyk fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Micky Capusotto having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Astral's Sertel Sümer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Micky Capusotto. Micky Capusotto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After 20 minutes of play, Astral's Fidel Blunt made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Micky Capusotto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Micky Capusotto stood somewhat misplaced when Fidel Blunt came free in front of goal and shot 5-0 to the left of him in the 23 minute. Basilio Corderun hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Fidel Blunt struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Micky Capusotto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Astral. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Justo Nastasio got a free kick in the 29th minute. Bartlomiej Chazen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Deportivo Pomelo Nenene defense, Fidel Blunt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Micky Capusotto. The Deportivo Pomelo Nenene fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Micky Capusotto should have stopped the shot. Micky Capusotto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartlomiej Chazen in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Bermudez to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Sertel Sümer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Micky Capusotto was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Micky Capusotto was a little too slow when Fidel Blunt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 8-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 9-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fidel Blunt to strike the kick off in the second half. Micky Capusotto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fidel Blunt's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Fidel Blunt scored 11-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Micky Capusotto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Roch Kochniarczyk came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Astral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roch Kochniarczyk couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Mieszko Werra put it in 12-0 from a short distance just to the right of Micky Capusotto. Astral made a substitution. Pedrinho Moreira replaced Arnout Verhaert. Micky Capusotto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mieszko Werra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fidel Blunt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Micky Capusotto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Blunt, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Micky Capusotto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fidel Blunt's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Micky Capusotto didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Astral's Fidel Blunt shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 13-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 73rd minute, Justo Nastasio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Blunt came free, but Micky Capusotto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 minutes of play, Astral's Bartlomiej Chazen made it 14-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Micky Capusotto was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 84 minutes, Roch Kochniarczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Astral's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roch Kochniarczyk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Fidel Blunt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Micky Capusotto. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidel Blunt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 16-0. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Micky Capusotto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Kochniarczyk in the 91st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's zone, Bartlomiej Chazen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Micky Capusotto came out of the goal and Bartlomiej Chazen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Astral's Fidel Blunt got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Astral players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
