Victor Ologu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. When Doru Vernescu fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Raureni Academy's protests and gave Doru Vernescu a yellow card for diving instead. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the match, Trem das Onze's goal looked a bit too open when Pompiliu Andrițoiu came free, but Théodore Robillard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Trem das Onze players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
