Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leonides Jaen took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hector Jerardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Breno Brodel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. If Teodosio Ascencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th match minute, FF Forever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaka César to maneuver through the defense. If Teodosio Ascencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The corner led Deportivo Messina's Salvador Iztal to fire away a dangerous shot which Breno Brodel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Salvador Iztal succeeded in the game's 15th minute to get real power on a long shot . FF Forever's Breno Brodel hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-1! An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Ascencio in the 21st minute of play forced FF Forever's goalkeeper Breno Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yuriy Babushkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Ermano in the 23rd minute of the match. After having played for 24 minutes, Teodosio Ascencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Messina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodosio Ascencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teodosio Ascencio's late challenge caught a FF Forever's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodosio Ascencio helped the player get up and apologised. Yuriy Babushkin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonides Jaen in the 28th minute. In the 37thth minute of the game Teodosio Ascencio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FF Forever's Breno Brodel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Teodosio Ascencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Teodosio Ascencio made the kick off in the second half. Hector Jerardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Breno Brodel made a huge save. Teodosio Ascencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Breno Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yuriy Babushkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Ermano in the 63rd minute of the match. FF Forever were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Deportivo Messina's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ramiro Moise took the corner. Hector Jerardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Breno Brodel made a huge save. Hector Jerardos short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Breno Brodel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hector Jerardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Breno Brodel made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Hector Jerardo sent off a good shot on target. After 76 played minutes FF Forever got a freekick which was hit by Olgierd Borucki. Teodosio Ascencio had several of the FF Forever's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 77 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Breno Brodel as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a rather tough play, FF Forever's Amador Lixandro got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Ascencio in the 81st minute of play forced FF Forever's goalkeeper Breno Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breno Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Ascencio in the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Deportivo Messina's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Ermano came free, but Yuriy Babushkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filomeno Salamon kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Teodosio Ascencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breno Brodel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FF Forever booed when Deportivo Messina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Jerardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filomeno Salamon kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Breno Brodel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodosio Ascencio in the 96th minute. After 97 minutes of play, FF Forever's Eustacio Ermano made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yuriy Babushkin was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Deportivo Messina supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Deportivo Messina would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
