An unexpectedly hard shot by Ray Ruth in the 12th minute of play forced Flodde CFC's goalkeeper Börje Holmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Börje Holmgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ray Ruth went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ray Ruth in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Börje Holmgren saved Flodde CFC from getting behind. In the 24th minute Ruzgar Gibi Geçti were awarded a corner. Rómeó Julia went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Rómeó Julia almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Flodde CFC's Börje Holmgren did a great save. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Flodde CFC's goalkeeper Börje Holmgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rd minute Ruzgar Gibi Geçti were awarded a corner. Rómeó Julia went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 41st minute, Ray Ruth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Börje Holmgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Flodde CFC's goalkeeper Börje Holmgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anthon Nordin kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After 48 minutes Flodde CFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rómeó Julia who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's Kaptan Tevfik getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After the first half Ruzgar Gibi Geçti were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anthon Nordin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Carl Malmberg fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flodde CFC's protests and gave Carl Malmberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, one of Flodde CFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Flodde CFC. The referee gave Ruzgar Gibi Geçti a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ray Ruth, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Flodde CFC's Börje Holmgren. 0-4. In the 59th minute, Peter Hök hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ray Ruth got free with Börje Holmgren in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ray Ruth might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Börje Holmgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ray Ruth ran back to his position shaking his head. Börje Holmgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ray Ruth, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Ray Ruth's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Börje Holmgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Ray Ruth made a precise shot to the right of Börje Holmgren. Flodde CFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. The supporters of Ruzgar Gibi Geçti booed when Flodde CFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Hök didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ray Ruth received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Börje Holmgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Ray Ruth slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 91st minute. If Ray Ruth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Börje Holmgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ray Ruth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ray Ruth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Börje Holmgren made a huge save. The Ruzgar Gibi Geçti supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ruzgar Gibi Geçti would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
