Hortensia FCG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christoffer Häll was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 21st minute Aron Blom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Mingo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mårten Olsman in the 22nd minute of play forced Hortensia FCG's goalkeeper Marcial Mingo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Mårten Olsman notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Hortensia FCG's Marcial Mingo. Marcial Mingo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnulfo Hulberto was the one to do the kick off. Marcial Mingo made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Arne Back sent off a good shot on target. 61 minutes into the game, Mountainhammer United's Mårten Olsman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcial Mingo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-10. After 64 minutes, Isidoro Tercero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hortensia FCG and the Mountainhammer United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th minute, Esteban Raebert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Mountainhammer United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hortensia FCG throughout the match.
