In the 16th minute Ray Ruth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Mingo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Ray Ruth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Marcial Mingo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ray Ruth's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 39th minute Eze Ceballos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Mingo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Ray Ruth notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Hortensia FCG's Marcial Mingo. Marcial Mingo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ray Ruth struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Marcial Mingo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ruzgar Gibi Geçti. In the 47th minute, Ray Ruth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ray Ruth was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 60th minute. Hortensia FCG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kaptan Tevfik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8.
