The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cahit Eker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Birger Øvstebø's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Saturnino Txartiko firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Academia Club's Beto Eger got a free kick in the 58th minute. The coaching staff of Academia Club protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Benicio Marques had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When Stathis Konstantakis came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Cheeky Nuts United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stathis Konstantakis couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Cheeky Nuts United's zone, Julio-César Dely Valdés stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olof Skretting came out of the goal and Julio-César Dely Valdés tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jon-Erik Vedøy scored 1-6 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Saturnino Txartiko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Cheeky Nuts United's Doctor Potass got a free kick in the 91st minute. Olof Skretting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio-César Dely Valdés, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Cheeky Nuts United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
