Stanislav Dvorskiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Landero, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Augusto Landero took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stanislav Dvorskiy. Stanislav Dvorskiy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After 59 minutes, Adriano Samperio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Resistencia Tayrona FC and the ΟΦΗ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Resistencia Tayrona FC made a substitution. Santxo Bango replaced Maore Tejerina. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Resistencia Tayrona FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ΟΦΗ:s goal. The referee gave ΟΦΗ a penalty, 61 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nikos Kanetos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Resistencia Tayrona FC's Stanislav Dvorskiy. 4-1. With a little luck, ΟΦΗ's Ilias Seichanidis got control of the ball when Santxo Bango tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 84th minute of the match Nikos Kanetos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stanislav Dvorskiy skillfully saved the ball. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Augusto Landero sped through Resistencia Tayrona FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Stanislav Dvorskiy. In the 88th minute Nikos Kanetos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Dvorskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stanislav Dvorskiy came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by ΟΦΗ's Nikos Kanetos. But to his dismay, Nikos Kanetos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. In the 93rd minute, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Zernin Losa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ilias Seichanidis. Ilias Seichanidis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-2. Augusto Landero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lambis Talitsikas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ΟΦΗ fully deserved thier win.
