Ilias Seichanidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Souto, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 10th match minute, Jumentus Rock Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silas Favoretto to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 12 minutes, Vagner Løve managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jumentus Rock Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vagner Løve was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Augusto Landero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomás Ceresso. Jumentus Rock Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Landero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jumentus Rock Club were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after ΟΦΗ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vagner Løve took the corner. ΟΦΗ's Ilias Seichanidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Souto in the 24th minute of play. After 27 minutes ΟΦΗ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vagner Løve who took care of the corner kick. 29 minutes into the game, Josué Souto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ilias Seichanidis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 32nd minute Nikos Kanetos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Ceresso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 played minutes Jumentus Rock Club got a freekick which was hit by Tomé de Castro. Tomás Ceresso acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 37th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nikos Kanetos. Nasos Papadis charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nasos Papadis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Josué Souto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jumentus Rock Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

ΟΦΗ's Akis Karaoulanis was substituted for Nikos Kanetos. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reinaldo Arce to strike the kick off in the second half. Reinaldo Arce took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilias Seichanidis. Ilias Seichanidis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. ΟΦΗ's Ilias Seichanidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Souto in the 60th minute of play. Ilias Seichanidis made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Reinaldo Arce sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th minute Rômulo Freire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilias Seichanidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ΟΦΗ's attentive Lambis Talitsikas managed to snatch the ball when 林伟风 made a throw-in in the 71st minute of the game. In the 71st match minute, Jumentus Rock Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomé de Castro to maneuver through the defense. ΟΦΗ's Ilias Seichanidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Souto in the 76th minute of play. Jumentus Rock Club's Tomás Ceresso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nasos Papadis in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute Augusto Landero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Ceresso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Landero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jumentus Rock Club made a substitution. Nestor de Souza replaced Josué Souto. Ilias Seichanidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rômulo Freire in the 91st minute of the match. Nasos Papadis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
