In the 2nd minute, Fanuco Miro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Wakanda fv FSCMZ booed when WAL Family United Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Orlondon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Dino Soeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Cássio Diniz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Denizhan Özcan, made in the 10th minute of the game. Dino Soeiro hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the game, Waldemar Camargo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave WAL Family United Team the free kick. In the 17th minute, Waldemar Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeferson Fantini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulvi Ulvi having to interfere. After 25 played minutes Wakanda fv FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Rodriguinho Valladares. Basilio Sarasola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Sarasola came free, but Armandinho Mattos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Fanuco Miro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armandinho Mattos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sune Ekström in the 37th minute of play forced Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalkeeper Armandinho Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Waldemar Camargo made a kick off. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Fanuco Miro 52 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. In the 55th match minute, Wakanda fv FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dino Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Basilio Sarasola managed to get in a good position for a shot. WAL Family United Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Basilio Sarasola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armandinho Mattos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Sune Ekström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Armandinho Mattos. That made the score 0-3 in the 63 minute of play. Ulvi Ulvi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Waldemar Camargo's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalkeeper Armandinho Mattos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Basilio Sarasola. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Armandinho Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fanuco Miro in the 87th minute of play. Ulvi Ulvi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oswaldo Gonçalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Waldemar Camargo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. WAL Family United Team's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
