After 13 played minutes Irreal Madrid got a freekick which was hit by Szabolcs Csank. The supporters of Irreal Madrid booed when Formation Pure Lyonnaise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyril Chevron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Magno Cabral hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Nelson Cloarec was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 47 minutes into the match, Alfredo Secco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nelson Cloarec. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Secco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Davy Giacomoni got a free kick in the 56th minute. Nelson Cloarec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Zonta in the 60th minute of the match. A hard shot by Matheus Dionísio from long distance, 62 minutes into the match, got Nelson Cloarec's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Nelson Cloarec successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Formation Pure Lyonnaise from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Mohamed-Ali Duparc got a free kick in the 67th minute. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Jânio Mendes took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Nelson Cloarec to make any attempt to save it. In the 76th match minute, Formation Pure Lyonnaise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamza Le Forestier to maneuver through the defense. Hamza Le Forestier hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Irreal Madrid's Matheus Dionísio got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nelson Cloarec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Trigo in the 81st minute of play. Nelson Cloarec stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Bernard's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. A collision led to Formation Pure Lyonnaise getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Cyril Chevron hit a great ball. Leo Bernard's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Nelson Cloarec skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nelson Cloarec made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Leo Bernard sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th minute, Rodolfo Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nelson Cloarec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matheus Dionísio in the 94th minute. 97 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Trigo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nelson Cloarec. Rodolfo Trigo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5.
