Spectators: 7478 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) Sindre Walle started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 8th minute Júlio Pombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Hansen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Hansen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Pombal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Dimitar Berbatov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jacinto de Azevedo. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 18th minute, FC Nordsjælland's Yulian Kichukov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacinto de Azevedo. Jacinto de Azevedo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. FC Nordsjælland's Svenåge Ellefsen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jacinto de Azevedo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dimitar Berbatov scored 3-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacinto de Azevedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacinto de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitar Berbatov in the 31st minute of play. FC Nordsjælland's Andreas Hansen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldão Mazza in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Dimitar Berbatov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacinto de Azevedo. Dimitar Berbatov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. After a rather tough play, FC Nordsjælland's Sindre Walle got a free kick in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Milanis E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Yulian Kichukov came free, but Jacinto de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Nordsjælland's Svenåge Ellefsen got a free kick in the 44th minute. Mads Hansen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacinto de Azevedo having to make a save. 46 minutes into the match, Milanis E.C.'s goalkeeper Jacinto de Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yulian Kichukov. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Júlio Pombal was the one to do the kick off. Jacinto de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Nygren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Zé Carlos da Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Nygren in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Nordsjælland's Yulian Kichukov got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Milanis E.C. were furious when Diego dos Santos was red carded, 64 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 63 minutes into the game, one of Milanis E.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Yulian Kichukov took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacinto de Azevedo. Jacinto de Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in FC Nordsjælland's zone, Júlio Pombal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Hansen came out of the goal and Júlio Pombal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Nordsjælland's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Júlio Pombal scored to the left of an out of position Andreas Hansen, making the score, 5-1. Andreas Schjelderup kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. A hard shot by Augusto das Neves from long distance, 79 minutes into the match, got Andreas Hansen's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Benjamin Nygren sped through Milanis E.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacinto de Azevedo. Jacinto de Azevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitar Berbatov went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. 93 minutes into the match, Milanis E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Nygren came free, but Jacinto de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Milanis E.C. defense, Dimitar Berbatov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacinto de Azevedo. The Milanis E.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacinto de Azevedo should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Nordsjælland fully deserved thier win.
