Kjell-Arne Hultman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kjell-Arne Hultman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Pierre Cardinal, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind MAFFIAN's goalkeeper Kjell-Arne Hultman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 15 minutes into the game, Jean-Pierre Cardinal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Kjell-Arne Hultman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Beniamin Sakowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnold Schwarzenegger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 20th minute of the game was made by Jonatan Högström with Jim Nilsson as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 23 minutes into the match, GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's goal looked a bit too open when Arnold Schwarzenegger came free, but Beniamin Sakowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jean-Pierre Cardinal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kjell-Arne Hultman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jean-Pierre Cardinal went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Jurand Zawadzki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Kjell-Arne Hultman made a huge save. Kjell-Arne Hultman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jean-Pierre Cardinal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 34 minute of play. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Beniamin Sakowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvar Kollberg in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match, Jean-Pierre Cardinal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kjell-Arne Hultman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, MAFFIAN's Jonatan Högström got a free kick in the 42nd minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jean-Pierre Cardinal to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Jean-Pierre Cardinal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kjell-Arne Hultman was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 60th minute of the match GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW got a corner. MAFFIAN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hugo Silva ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Jurand Zawadzki getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Jean-Claude Van Damme could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Beniamin Sakowicz however easily saved by the left post. MAFFIAN's Kjell-Arne Hultman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jurand Zawadzki in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind MAFFIAN's goalkeeper Kjell-Arne Hultman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Jurand Zawadzki got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW made a substitution. Leszek Danisiewicz replaced Patryk Siekierski. In the 77th minute, Jean-Pierre Cardinal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Leonard Hedlund made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Christer Wassenius however managed to control. In the 89th minute, Jonatan Högström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to MAFFIAN getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Leonard Hedlund hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW fans cheered their team off the field, for while MAFFIAN had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
