Spectators: 7493 (Terracing: 5621, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tudor Bodea got the match started through his kick off. A hard shot 5 in the game by Ahmet Reha Pekel from a close distance when the talented Corneliu Vulpăşin managed to make a qualified save. Unicorns ™'s players were relieved. Zemantauskas FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Humberto Terra in the 6th minute. In the 10th minute Zemantauskas FC were awarded a corner. Humberto Terra went to the cornerflag to take it. Mugur Siniştean's late challenge caught a Zemantauskas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mugur Siniştean helped the player get up and apologised. Corneliu Vulpăşin made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Ferdi Saksø sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute, Ahmet Reha Pekel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zemantauskas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferdi Saksø in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corneliu Vulpăşin saved Unicorns ™ from getting behind. With a little luck, Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin got control of the ball when Hernani Branco tried to sneak it across the goal line. 3-0 became the score in the 35th minute when Ahmet Reha Pekel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ferdi Saksø could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Corneliu Vulpăşin made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Reha Pekel made a kick off. Corneliu Vulpăşin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Reha Pekel in the 53rd minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, Zemantauskas FC's Ferdi Saksø made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Corneliu Vulpăşin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Humberto Terra kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Rareș Papadima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Augusto Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Corneliu Vulpăşin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdi Saksø in the 67th minute of play. Corneliu Vulpăşin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Reha Pekel went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. 72 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Reha Pekel came free, but Corneliu Vulpăşin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdi Saksø in the 73rd minute of play. After 75 minutes of play, Zemantauskas FC's Ferdi Saksø made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Corneliu Vulpăşin was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Hernani Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 81st minute, Ferdi Saksø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Corneliu Vulpăşin was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. After a rather tough play, Unicorns ™'s Mugur Siniştean got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 92nd match minute, Unicorns ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rareș Papadima to maneuver through the defense. Corneliu Vulpăşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Reha Pekel in the 93rd minute of the match. Zemantauskas FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
