Ale Poláček yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. La Git!'s Zeki Çelik managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Stig-Ove Axelsson in the 35 minute of the game. Murathan Oğuzbala came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ale Poláček could save by the left post. Wieslaw Kolano was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. La Git!'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in La Git!'s zone, Ramón Reyes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Danış Çiftçi came out of the goal and Ramón Reyes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

La Git!'s Enginsu Oğuztan was substituted for Oktay Kahveci. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Murathan Oğuzbala made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Wieslaw Kolano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ale Poláček was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Martin Jakobsson kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. In the 98th minute Arda Baybars Tarhun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ale Poláček saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the ViHörs players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for La Git!.
