An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Amaral in the 33rd minute of play forced PicksBattle.com's goalkeeper David Ferran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, PicksBattle.com's Jurand Wykowski got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Daniel Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Ferran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 minutes of play, Brazil Academy's Daniel Amaral made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Ferran was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brazil Academy's Marcelo Mangueira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Brazil Academy from getting a goal against them. 45 minutes into the game, Gao Yong Zhen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PicksBattle.com's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brazil Academy the free kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Amaral to make the kick off. The PicksBattle.com fans' excitement grew in the 50th match minute when PicksBattle.com's Roger Flor looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marcelo Mangueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Flor in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Enrique Mouricio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PicksBattle.com fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. 60 minutes into the game, Roger Flor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Marcelo Mangueira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 69 minutes into the game, PicksBattle.com's Gao Yong Zhen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Mangueira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-3. In the 72nd minute, Brazil Academy's Zé Paulo Campidelis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-4. Daniel Amaral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but David Ferran made a huge save. David Ferran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Omar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Brazil Academy getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Célio Dante hit a great ball. With a little luck, PicksBattle.com's David Ferran got control of the ball when Maximiliano Omar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th minute, Roger Flor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelo Mangueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-4. 90 minutes into the match, Enrique Mouricio notched a goal, 7-4, to the right of Brazil Academy's Marcelo Mangueira. Marcelo Mangueira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, PicksBattle.com's Enrique Mouricio got a free kick in the 93rd minute. PicksBattle.com walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
