After 3 played minutes de belletrekkers got a freekick which was hit by Paulus Van Hove. 14 minutes into the match, Club Sportiv Medgidia's goal looked a bit too open when Paulus Van Hove came free, but Nicu Arghirescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurelian Şantău during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Club Sportiv Medgidia's Aurelian Şantău got a free kick in the 18th minute. When de belletrekkers's Jurgen De Rudder in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sergiu Timaru charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sergiu Timaru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sergiu Timaru kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jurgen De Rudder to make the kick off. A collision led to Club Sportiv Medgidia getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Flavius Băieșu hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Club Sportiv Medgidia's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Ariando came free, but Nicu Arghirescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicu Arghirescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Nicu Arghirescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jurgen De Rudder's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Ariando in the 74th minute of play forced Club Sportiv Medgidia's goalkeeper Nicu Arghirescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to de belletrekkers getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Inocencio Ariando hit a great ball. de belletrekkers's De-la-Cruz de Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelian Şantău in the 76th minute of play. Nicu Arghirescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Ariando in the 78th minute of the match. Paulus Van Hove struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Nicu Arghirescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for de belletrekkers. After having played for 84 minutes, Paulus Van Hove managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. de belletrekkers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulus Van Hove was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Club Sportiv Medgidia's Liviu Alupulesei got a free kick in the 87th minute. After 92 minutes of play Club Sportiv Medgidia's Sergiu Timaru was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Sergiu Timaru kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After 96 minutes of play, de belletrekkers's Paulus Van Hove made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicu Arghirescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! de belletrekkers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
