In the 21st minute Doğuhan Serbülend shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Okanalp Çağman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurgen De Rudder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 33 minutes, Doğuhan Serbülend managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fear Of The Dark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doğuhan Serbülend was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 43 played minutes Fear Of The Dark got a freekick which was hit by Battal Cüneyt Malgır. 47 minutes into the game, Doğuhan Serbülend recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of De-la-Cruz de Alcântara. Doğuhan Serbülend showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jurgen De Rudder stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The de belletrekkers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that De-la-Cruz de Alcântara should have stopped the shot. In the 76th minute, Bayan Gol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fear Of The Dark fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bayan Gol in the 78th minute of play forced de belletrekkers's goalkeeper De-la-Cruz de Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bayan Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Quentin Capelle hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in de belletrekkers's zone, Bayan Gol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. In the 89th minute, Bayan Gol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. When Xavier Pestana came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Fear Of The Dark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xavier Pestana couldn't finish the play. In the 97th minute, de belletrekkers's Jurgen De Rudder dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-1.
