Iwan Nakoneczny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daan Vos, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Tomasz Zukowski struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kliczek&Syn. Iwan Nakoneczny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Van den Gans in the 5th minute of the match. After 9 played minutes de belletrekkers got a freekick which was hit by Marten Merckx. Iwan Nakoneczny came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by de belletrekkers's Jurgen De Rudder. But to his dismay, Jurgen De Rudder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Jurgen De Rudder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Iwan Nakoneczny made a huge save. After having played for 22 minutes, Arkadiusz Ruzicki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kliczek&Syn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arkadiusz Ruzicki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Zukowski in the 26th minute of play. Jurgen De Rudder's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iwan Nakoneczny firmly grabbed it by the left post. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomasz Zukowski in the 33rd minute of the match. Iwan Nakoneczny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulus Van Hove, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes Kliczek&Syn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marten Merckx who took care of the corner kick. de belletrekkers's Marten Merckx was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Iwan Nakoneczny in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 42nd minute Tomasz Zukowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Tomasz Zukowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jurgen De Rudder made a kick off. Iwan Nakoneczny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurgen De Rudder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomasz Zukowski in the 53rd minute. If Tomasz Zukowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kliczek&Syn made a substitution. Kant Spel replaced Kajetan Gregorczyk. de belletrekkers's Paulus Van Hove got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 67 minutes, Tomasz Zukowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kliczek&Syn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomasz Zukowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Tomasz Zukowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kliczek&Syn's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomasz Zukowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kliczek&Syn's Baldemar Cienfuegos was substituted for Radomir Podolski. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bartlomiej Rzeszutko during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kliczek&Syn fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! Marten Merckx did an outstanding performance 83 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 2-0 to the right of an irritated Iwan Nakoneczny in the goal. In the 87th minute of the match, Paolo Rossi got a very nice opportunity to score, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rafael Van Der Meeren's late challenge caught a Kliczek&Syn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Van Der Meeren helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, de belletrekkers's Rafael Van Der Meeren got a free kick in the 88th minute. Baldemar Cienfuegos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, De-la-Cruz de Alcântara skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 91 minutes into the game, Jurgen De Rudder cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Iwan Nakoneczny was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th minute, Marten Merckx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Acep Abidin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Jurgen De Rudder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The de belletrekkers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kliczek&Syn players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for de belletrekkers.
